What forms of payment does the Merative Store accept?

The Merative Company Store accepts all major credit cards.

What shipping methods are available?

The store offers FedEx Ground, FedEx Expedited and U.S. Postal Service.

How long will it take to get my order?

In-stock orders are processed and pulled within 1-2 business days of receipt. For orders of in-stock goods shipping to US destinations, orders ship out within 24-48 business hours. You will receive a shipping email once your order is picked up from the carrier.

Can I make a change to my order?

Yes. Assuming your order has not already shipped, you can make changes by contacting customerservice@usbrands.com .

How do I return items?

Please contact customerservice@usbrands.com for a Return Authorization Number. If an item is defective in any way, we will pay the return freight. Otherwise, you may ship back to us at your convenience.

Can I expedite shipping?

How is shipping outside of the US handled?
For any orders shipping outside of the United States, please contact customerservice@usbrands.com for a shipping quote.
I received an Employee Box and I’d like to return/exchange an item. How do I do that?
Unfortunately, employee box items are not eligible for return/exchange.
